Booking / Cancellation Policy
To book your stay, simply click on our “Book Your Stay” button and select your desired dates. Then, proceed with the booking form to secure your preferred dates.
We offer two payment options: bank transfer or credit/debit card. For bank transfer, you will receive an email with our bank details. Alternatively, you can securely pay with your credit/debit card through the Stripe provider.
Yes, a prepayment is required to secure your booking. We ask for a 30% prepayment to secure your desired dates. The remaining amount is due 30 days before your arrival date. If your booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, we will ask for the payout of the remaining balance within 5 days after securing the booking.
Our cancellation policy allows for free cancellation up to 30 days before your arrival date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
In the event of external issues such as a terror attack, flight cancellations, pandemics, etc., bookings can be rescheduled depending on availability.
