  • Children Policy: We welcome children aged 12 + to maintain the serene and exclusive atmosphere of Gialova Hills 8.Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate younger children. Please ensure to mention the age of any children in the notes section when selecting the number of children.
  • Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in the price. However, we can offer breakfast delivery through an external partner at an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 21 Days of Arrival: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation Beyond 21 Days of Arrival: A prepayment of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 21 days before your arrival date. Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable.

Payment Method

  • After completing the reservation form, you will receive a confirmation email from info@gialovahills8.comacknowledging the receipt of your inquiry.
  • You will be prompted to complete your payment via credit card, powered by Stripe.
  • For reservations within 21 days of the arrival date, the full amount must be paid upon booking.
  • For reservations made more than 21 days in advance, a prepayment of 50% is required, with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival.

Very nice new holiday villas with beautiful sea views. The villa has beautiful three bedrooms, three bathrooms, sauna and everything you could need. Each villa has its own cooling pool on the terrace which can be seen from the lower room. You will take great photos. Outside, a beautiful swimming pool. Close to some of the most beautiful beaches in all of Greece. The restaurants on the nearby seafront promenade are great.

We had a great stay in Gialova Hills. The apartment as well as the surrounding complex are beautiful and very well maintained. The apartment is decorated in good taste and is very well equipped including kitchen, sauna, private & public pools, etc. Everything is new and fresh. Our host was very helpful and friendly and helped with all our questions and requests. There are beautiful beaches nearby although we hardly wanted to leave the apartment. Highly recommended !

Amazing Villa with amazing View ! It has everything to spend a perfect stay close to the pretty Gialova Village. Very comfortable bedrooms cleverly dispatched on every floor of the house with modern stylish decoration. The villa offers pool, air-conditioned, sunbeds and also good privacy. We will definitely come again.
